Shipping policy

At ROBBERY, everything is made-to-order just for you. 

Processing Times

  • All items are made-to-order by our print-on-demand partner (Apliiq)
  • Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
  • During big drops or holidays, allow for possible delays. If it's been longer than 10 business days, reach out and we'll check on it.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. orders: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.

(These are estimates, not guarantees — once it's in the hands of the carrier, we don't control the ride.)

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We don't inflate rates. If it looks high, it's the carriers, not us.

International Orders

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties? That's on the buyer. We don't mark items as gifts or under-declare value. ROBBERY don't lie.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We're not liable for delivery issues once your order is marked "delivered."
  • That said, contact us and we'll try to help: support@robberyloot.com

Wrong Addresses

  • Double-check your shipping info before ordering. If you mess up the address and we have to reship, that's on you to cover the cost.

Order Tracking

  • You'll get tracking info via email once your order ships. Keep an eye on it.
  • If your package is marked "delivered" but vanished into the void, contact us — we’ll help if we can, but aren’t liable for stolen/lost items
