1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Urban Ninja Inc., a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Urban Ninja. Accessing or using any part of the site means you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, exit stage left.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

Our stuff is made on demand and sold as-is. Prices may range from reasonable to intentionally overpriced, and yes, we're serious. We reserve the right to change prices, designs, or product availability at any time. Some items are limited drops available only on our website — once they're gone, they're gone.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse. If you enter incorrect info (address, payment, etc.), that's on you bruh. Double-check before you click. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our full return policy is available [here], but here's the gist:

  • Standard returns: 30-day return window with 25% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping
  • Limited items: Final sale (available only on robberyloot.com). No returns unless defective.
  • Defective items: We've got you. Send photos to support@robberyloot.com and we'll make it right with free return shipping.

All returns must be pre-approved through our return system. Unsolicited packages will be ignored or mocked.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything you see — designs, logos, copy, etc. — belongs to Urban Ninja Inc. Don't steal it, remix it, or pretend it's yours. Because it's illegal.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for anything illegal
  • Try to hack, exploit, or impersonate us
  • Harass, threaten, or spam us (we block swiftly and permanently)
  • Abuse our return policy or engage in fraudulent activities

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party tools (like Shopify, ReturnGO, payment processors, and advertising platforms including Meta and TikTok). They have their own terms. By using our site, you also agree to theirs.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're not liable for delays, errors, outages, or emotional damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. 

9. INDEMNIFICATION

If you violate these terms or do something that gets us sued, you agree to cover our legal fees and damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.

11. PRIVACY

Your privacy matters. Check out our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your data. Spoiler: we don't sell data brokers NICE TRY DUMMY.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We can update these terms whenever we need to. We'll post the new version here with an updated date. It's your job to check occasionally.
